If your camera or microphone is not working in Apple iPhone:
Open setting. Scroll down to SAFARI.
Click Safari.
Scroll all the way down down to Camera. Allow Always.
Then do the same for Microphone.
Shut down the phone and reboot.
After our visit you can use whatever setting you want.
If you are having trouble logging into the InstaMed Online
Portal and/or making payments.
You will need to clear your browser’s cookies.
Please use the following steps to clear cookies on the
browser you are using:
**Google Chrome:**
1. Open Chrome and click on the three dots in the top-right
corner.
2. Select "Settings" > "Privacy and
security."
3. Click on "Clear browsing data."
4. Choose "Cookies and other site data" and select
a time range of All Time.
5. Click "Delete data."
**Microsoft Edge:**
1. Open Edge and click on the three dots in the top-right
corner.
2. Go to "Settings" > "Privacy, search,
and services."
3. Under "Clear browsing data," click "Choose
what to clear."
4. Select "Cookies and other site data" and choose
a time range of All Time.
5. Click "Clear now."
**Safari (Apple Products):**
1. Open Safari and click on "Safari" in the top
menu.
2. Select "Preferences" > "Privacy."
3. Click "Manage Website Data."
4. Select "Remove All" or choose specific sites,
then click "Remove."
Once your browser's cookies have been cleared, please close
your browser, re-open your browser, and login. If the issue persists, we
recommend switching to a different browser.
